At AIC we pride ourselves on our ability to respond quickly to our clients needs. As we are based in the UK we opperate the same office hours most of our clients do. We are therfore easily contactable should the situation arrive. We have also had a 1MB Broadband line installed which ensures all Support Emails come through almost instanteneously. Usually depending on our workload, we will respond in kind within an hour of receipt.
Clients who prefer the personal touch are more than welcome to call us, even if it is just to sound us out as to a particular method of working. We enjoy a friendly relationship with most of our clients, especially if they don't mind a bit of banter...You know who you are!
The two menus opposite can be used to keep up to date with known issues regarding Bugs, as well as improvements to the software and new features which have been developed.
Bug fixes, Improvements and New features can be made available to all clients who currently hold a valid support contract. These releases are usually dentoted as a, b, c... versions of the current software. The downloads section contains the latest formal release we have made available for general download, but not the latest version we have ready.
The fixes and improvements mentioned above can be made available on request. We currently have a number of respected clients acting as beta testers. They test the latest versions of the software for us, as no one can break software like a user.... After successful beta testing we can upload the new versons to our download section, for all our clients to benifit from.
